Can I see the colours before buying?
Yes. Everything on the website is also on the rail in Gurugram, and we photograph in daylight so the screen is close. Walk in to see the fabric itself, or ask on WhatsApp for a short video of any piece.
Are the suit sets stitched?
Most are unstitched sets of top, bottom and dupatta fabric, so they can be made to your measurements by a tailor of your choice. Stitched kurta sets and co-ord sets are marked as such on each piece.
What is the exchange policy?
No returns or refunds. A piece is exchanged only if it is defective or damaged. For deliveries, record a video while opening the parcel and send it on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your bill. In store, bring the piece with the bill within 7 days, unworn and unwashed with tags intact; unstitched sets must be uncut.
Do you deliver?
Yes, across India from the website for a flat ₹199 per order, and locally in Gurugram on request via WhatsApp.
Is there a second store?
Yes, in Dehradun. Stock differs between the two, so ask on WhatsApp if you have seen a piece online.
